Except dry cough for a lot of people... Also, I've seen it many times in the ER, angioedema with lisinopril. Your lips and tongue swell so much it can block your airway, and you die. Comes out of nowhere with it.. Rare, but it does happen. If you feel as though this is happening, get to a hospital immediately. Losartan, which is an ARB, is better without the dry cough.
