Judging by the eye, the size of beam is something like 12x10 inches, which makes it 60 lbs per foot. This fella is strong as an ox and equally stupid.

Certainly a strong bloke, a lot of guys in certain building trades are, but I beams generally look a lot heavier than they are

Exactly, impressive but unless they bunged him some extra dough this was really stupid.

He's lucky to not have fallen off the ladder after unloading that. Have seen guys static holding something overhead on a ladder for so long they pass out. I was waiting for the ladder to snap as well.
