I'm not the biggest water drinker but I do drink a fair share...30 210lb 5'8.. 3-4 meals, protein shake 2x daily, bcaa intra workout... completely clear pee... is it safe to say my bcaa is being absorbed? Thus justifying my use for this supp.

They say your urine should be clear but mine never is despite drinking a lot of water. Only time it's clear is when I'm drinking beer.
