Why do some many  pumped up meatheads and fitness bimbos , try to make a living in the "fitness industry'?
How about working out for your own sake and having a real job to make $$? WTF

Now, we see these YouTube gurus, "pleading poverty", because their site isn't making enough $$.
I cringe every time I see some bodybuilder, begging for  a contest  sponsor.

For fuks sake, Sergio 1st worked in a steele foundry in Chicago for 8-10 hrs a day.
THEN, he worked out in the Duncan YMCA dungeon gym for 2 hrs.
After that, he worked as a Chicago cop.

Big Ronnie Coleman was full time cop near Dallas until he won his first couple Olympias.
He got a college degree in accounting while he played football for Grambling University in La.

Didn't these folks get the memo* growing up?
*Nobody owes you a living.

You make $$ by providing others with something of value. Could be a service, product or skilled labor, etc.
If you catch  a wave  on social media and make a few bucks related to fitness, fine and dandy.
Just don't expect it to last long and be grateful you made anything on it. Then, move on.

As my dad once said ; " The harder I work, the luckier I get." ;)

Your Dad should have pulled out...

Who gives a fuck? You think they have no value because they're not swinging a hammer building a house or working in a coal mine?

They start anyoutube channel to provide entertainment and tjat draws views and views draw advertisers and adverting brings money andtheyre compensated as such.

Your post reaks of jealously.

You dont like what tjey do? Dont watch. Maybe if other people feel the same way they wont watch either and no more money goes to the youtubers.. And like anything, the market will correct it. You sound like a liberal.. Crying that just because you dont like something, nobody else should either.

I dont like vegan gains.. If i saw him in person id probably practice some judo and toss him on the ground and practice some catch-wrestling for a good 20mins or so, or until my battery dies, because id be putting it on youtube and collecting my $8 a month from views.... But until then ill continue to not support his soft feminine bullshit by not watching his videos... Like maybe you should try. Most the people youre crying about i have seen only once and havent clicked on theirnvideo since.

You made a near-identical post elsewhere several years ago. I like you, but I am curious about why you're always repeating yourself about a few issues over and over again.

For starters, I hardly ever watch any of these fitness guru videos.
I clearly said I don't care if they make $$ from their social media savy.

My main point was they should feel lucky if they can gain a following and make any $$ from it.
AGAIN, I used the terms "pompous" and "know it all" to describe them.
In my OPINION, they act like the viewer is lucky to see/hear them impart their vast wisdom. ::)

The idea that it should be a viable cash cow, for as long as they desire, is absurd.

Howard on TV there some fisherman that get paid to sit in a boat and fish all day. the talk about the lures that they use and their fishing poles. It seems strange but the fitness world is the same way. It's a hobby for most but it can be a job for a few people

If you think that's all the fitness industry consists of then you're blind to the fitness world.
