The ability to levitate at 3 meters above the ground for a very limited distance, with a very limited payload, for a very limited time. Not to mention it doesn't actually have wheels, looks like shit, and would've pass for anything remotely a car even if you put a dodge logo on it.
Hardly a vehicle of the future, and no different than the flying hovercraft shit we've had 20 years ago. If the video was supposed to show any advances made, it's failed miserably.
