Drank too much last night

I woke up to two anomalies this morning:

1. My laptop was dead and won't stay on unless the battery is unplugged and running on AC power only. No idea what I did to it to cause this but if I move the wrong way it shuts off now. Very irritating.

2. The cat bowl was full of piss.
