My degree has nothing to do with what I do. College was a way to learn how to network and live semi autonomously while still having a safety net. It was fun too, but I literally did nothing with my degree except get me my first job. Résumé gets you everything after that.

My degrees (dual degree) got me nothing. A complete waste of time, and money. Thankfully it is who you know not what what you know, so I got a good job after a decade of struggling. I now make much more then people with masters of science degrees (various areas) working a glorified labour job with training (my job title sounds like someone who works for NASA building components. Common sense is not so common in the work force. Neither is work ethic.
