The reality is that Chinatown is the go to place for Chinese food and cheap clothes and other types of Merch. It's perfectly safe to walk around there at all times. What you describe is a tiny tiny fraction of what goes on there.

Of couse every ethnicity has undesirables. If we didn't have African American ghettos some other group would be occupying that spot. There's always a "bad guy/group". It's always been that way and it always will be. Society needs to look down on someone.

Ive been around enough Chinese and ive seen the restaurants, massage and nail palors that double as work prisons. I've seen the three bedroom homes that house 15 adults. Everyone has their issues.
