SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. >> The Saratoga Springs Police Department said officers arrested a 23-year-old city resident Thursday for selling cocaine.

Mensah L. Watson was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.
