As Lui Marco stated in his Athlete's Meeting video review from last year, Dexter's beard has salt & pepper in it - but more salt than pepper.  ;D

Dex has good genetics for physique longevity but facial not so much, looks old like 60+ while flex is older and looks younger, same for Kevin
