GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK! If you guys cannot see that at a minimum Phil's head in those shots is photo shopped to look enormous, thus making his physique look aweful. Now I'm not talking about Phil's stomach, which is clearly out of control. What baffles me is he has had that disgusting belly button for years now and with his money, he could clearly and easily take care of this without much effect on his training. (He does one show a year) I believe it's even a simple out patient surgery. It needs to be done, and I cannot believe he does not get this fixed? He has to see it on his body. It's fucking gross! For this alone, someone else should have won. It's that bad. Detracts from his total physique. Anyway, someone said that the the Mr. O should now be called the Mr. Back Double Bicep! Which is kind of true. Phil Wins that pose. He's dry, conditioned, and muscular in that pose. But that is it to me. There is even a picture of 48 year old Dexter right next to Phil and Dex has better arms, which is Phil's trademark! * Truth is, the competition these days is keeping Phil on top. Not Phil himself. He has it relatively easy. And at a time when the 1st place prize money is at its highest ever! Do you blame Phil for just strolling in to pick up a $400.000 Easy Payday for the last few years? It's catching up to him though. Mark my words he will fix that belly or retire! (OR HE SHOULD) Dex, Bonac, Ramy, should have won. People are losing interest.

But if Rami had won then no one would be talking about it, Phil winning has the entire bodybuilding world screaming and shouting fix, no such thing as bad publicity.

Lui also has a very respectable physique for a lifetime natural. Would Phil look better natural? Easily given his genetics but I doubt he would hold more muscle than him. Phil is looking worse every year, difference is no-one wants to be a freak show as much anymore, too expensive, too stupid, too uncomfortable, doesn't look good etc. and Instagram rules all right now so you can follow guys like that Sergio Constance for example who looks much more achievable (yes he's on a lot of shit year round too but still) and bodybuilding is a stupid freak show.
