Here is where your pompous ass gets had for the lib you are. Don't know a whole about HVAC but do you have something against people in the trades? You bring up HVAC, can you install, fix and or replace if needed? Are you saying they're not needed? Are you somehow better than they are or someone in any construction trade for that matter? This where you get slapped down. A tradesman is more in demand than someone with a "finance" degree. Suck on that for awhile.
I have absolutely nothing against the trades. I have friend who owns an HVAC company and makes 7 figures. I have friends who are commercial electricians who make close to 200k annually. I have friend who is a lineman for PG&E (he was just up on Santa Rosa working in the fire zone) who makes ~ 180k.
All great jobs and great professions

None of them would claim that owners of companies wait for workers to exist before creating jobs. They know that demand for their goods/services is what drives job growth
Same reason that tax cuts don't create jobs.
