I have ate 7200 calories of good solid food... protein and low glycemic carbs today and I aint stopped yet... im bout to go to the gym for round two...... uurrrrraugh..   brrrruuuaagh...... come on bitches and get some!  ...... only the strong survive aroud here baby!!!
