Good man, I support you and your family 100 percent. You are a shining light.
Thank you sir. Same to you. They are great kids, including my first daughter, who I adopted. Her father passed away two months after conception, and I thought it was as good a time as ever to start a family - starting with her. The sad thing is, is that had it not been for her, I would probably still be childless today saying "I'll just wait for the perfect time."
Sometimes right now is the perfect time.
Also, I never expected my children to make me forget basically all my other girls - but they have. I'm grateful that I picked up lightweight strongman as my sport, because it offers the best shelf life IMO, and as my kids get older and become more independent, I can revisit my goals, without having to worry that opportunity has passed me by, as is the case with other sports where you have a very narrow window to be at your best.
I live for my children right now, and not much more. Not much else can make me as happy as they do, and I really think that people who think they don't want kids may be missing out - I think you realize just how suited you are to a parental role once you are actually living it.

As for Hollywood - it's nice to see that Hollywood as an entity right now is losing a lot of credibility. I think we put our media and movie figures on a pedestal, and I think that may be a mistake. There are a lot of role models and even heroes all around us - we need not look to Hollywood to find them.
