My gums have been bleeding again.

I buy a water flosser which shoots water between your teeth because it's supposed to be more effective than regular flossing.. works well...but between doing that twice per day, brushing my teeth twice I day, I cant live like this. In the past I would just use a basic toothbrush and toothpaste in the morning and evening with a bit of mouthwash and was fine.

are you eating pussy/arsehole or sucking cock/rimming with these bleeding gums??

Haven't been for a cleaning in two years, I figured I've never had a cavity before I'm sure I can take care of my mouth myself.

You can't go by this as an indication.

Teeth and gums are two different things.

I would suggest a check up with the dentist.  Better to go sooner than it end up being a bigger problem later.

THIS!!

I was recently diagnosed with a slight geographic tongue. I went to the oral surgeon because my tongue was becoming irritated--certain food irritate geographic tongue. He gave me the prescription type--Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.12% Oral Rinse, USP. Its very cheap, even if you don't have insurance. I used this for like a week or two, and it made my tongue A LOT better. I don't know how it will work for gums, but its good stuff!!

1. You may be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals.

2. Are you taking any blood thinners like aspirin or NSAIDS?  They have made my gums bleed in the past.

3. Bro science here, but I swear... ephedrine makes my gums sensitive/bleed.

4. Brushing twice a day may be too much.  I brush my teeth every other day (with baking soda) and never had a problem or a cavity in over 25 years.

This. Look in to that.
On go to the dentist.
