I do it on everyone of my videos and don't know if ICE started it or not
BUT I wouldn't doubt if ICE and I think similarly & it's purely coincidence.

The whole segment with him giving advice was off the cuff
& mainly put on there because quite a few were put off by the way
he was acting during my Levrone workout video and I told them I would post this.
Him just being himself after a contest.
Most of it's pretty solid advice and not done by some director
telling him how to act. Stay positive & stay away from negative people.
Avoid street drugs, the wrong people and alcohol if your underage.
Stay close to your family (unless they are abusive in some way).
Work hard at what ever you do everyday whether it be a job or school work.
Not bad advice for just off the cuff. Everyone knows the steroid component
but the wrong street drug can kill in a day. Kevin's pretty healthy at 53 it seems.
