Been on keto for around 7-8 days now and I feel great.0 carbs,egg whites for breakfast,chicken breast for lunch and steak,ground beef,ground turkey or fish for dinner.
Best things about it are my pissing is down 10 good,shits are much smaller and less frequent and my appetite is way done.Still doing cardio for 45 min a day and lifting 45 min a day.
Not losing as much weight as I thought I would though.
Not sure if in keto but I’m no carbs so I’m good.
