Dude doesn't get much attention outside of his waistline. He had a pretty sick back.

I think back in 1983-84 his legs were in proportion with his upper body.
I would not have thought his legs were weak
for the era if I didn't
know they did lag behind some in his IFBB days.
REally unlimited potential & reminds me of some one doing it on his own
(ala Ronnie Coleman) & if he had the right team behind him the sky
would be the limit. His calves were a tad weak but I think trying
to come in better condition for IFBB competition; he lost some leg mass.
It likely has to do with how he dieted for competitions. Either dropping weight too
fast or not eating enough calories. Some people tend to lose mass on certain
bodyparts if they don't diet efficiently for their genetics.
