He has the same cookie cutter programs for everyone : low volume training, keto diet, drugs are the same
His knowledge is incredibly backward. I think the only people he coaches seriously are pros. Other people he just copy past the same shit, one word answer to your email etc..

Hell no. Dieting for a bodybuilding show is not rocket science. People usually make things out to be harder or think there is some trick to it all.
