Hgh / insulin ratio
« on: May 01, 2018, 08:40:00 AM »
Planning on using 4.5 iu of genuine pfizer go quick hgh alongside humalog intra/post workout

Planning on doing only 10iu total split 5 intra 5 after with a milos magic shake possibly tapering up to 7.5-10

Is there a specific ratio of hgh to insulin to be used or is everyone different in regards to the upper limit of insulin they can take with x amount of hgh before getting excessively fat?

I don’t have any personal use with insulin but I looked into and seeked advice some time ago about doing so. The general consensus was to use a minimum of 10iu per shot so 10iu pre and post workout to get the most use and value from it. No harm in starting at 5iu first day or two then moving up to be safe etc.

In terms of the ratio I think you’ll be ok with 5iu gh and 2x 10iu slin, probably even have some more room to move to even 30iu total with 5iu gh to make sure the synergy is there without overdoing the skin to gh ratio and getting fat

First of all, there is no such thing as an hgh to slin ratio!
You take insulin (either a long acting like Lantus or Tresiba, or a medium like Humilin-R) with hgh to PROTECT YOUR PANCREAS AND PREVENT IT FROM DYING! That is the only reason the two are combined... period.
You mention nothing of what you FBG and 2 hours post meal blood sugar levels are while you are on hgh.
So, here’s a hint, WHILE ON HGH if your FBG is above 90 and 2-hour post meal levels are above 135, you need to add insulin. This tells your pancreas to stop trying to crank out so much glucose and will protect it from burning out.
Now, 4u pharma hgh will definately raise your levels, so check it and take appropriate action. Above 4u per day and you are certain to have even worse insulin resistance issues!

Milos’s Protocol has nothing to do with hgh. It’s simply an extreme case of insulin abuse and very risky.

Remind you - insulin is not anabolic and has nothing to do with protein anabolism. Yeah, it will help push those bcaaS and EAAs I to the blood faster, but most of what insulin does has to do with glucose transport.... SUGARS!

There's some incorrect info here but the general message is spot on - dose your insulin to control your blood sugar.

In my experience, using slin before a workout is a pain in the ass .. you'll spend too much time worrying about going hypo to have an intense workout.  Instead, get a blood glucose meter & use your humalog before meals to control your blood sugar.  Administer 1IU for every 50mg over 150mg/dl, along with an additional 1IU for every 10g of carbohydrates

Eg: you check your bg before you eat a meal with 40g carbs and it's 220.  Give yourself 6IU total (2 + 4).

Insulin most certainly is anabolic, as its the most anabolic hormone known to man.  It is classified as a storage hormone, and it most certainly pushes amino acids, sugars, and fats into the cells.  Whatever nutrients are in the blood will be transported into the cells.  If you have too much glucose, then whatever is left over will be stored in the fat cells.  There is no correct ration of insulin to GH.  Check your blood sugar, if needed add some insulin.  Everyone is different.  Some people become more insulin resistant from GH than others, its impossible to say what will happen with everyone. Blood work tells all.

That is probably one of the most regurgitated inaccurate/untrue statements about insulin and what it does. Sorry, but you are wrong!

Hate to do this, but since he can explain it better, I’ll let you hear from someone we all know understands this better than most.... clickie the linkie ....
