Best deadlift was 585 for 3, back squat 500 front squat 405 no belt , strict standing military press 300 for 1. Dealing with a lower back issue right now so I can’t do any overhead pressing or even flat benching only incline but when I get healthy I’ll do a meet for sure. 650/550/450-500ish I would be very pleased raw at 198. To do damaged at my height I would most likely need to gain weight though. I’ve spoken with a few Strongman id have no shot to be competitive unless I got my front squat to 500plus and competed at over 240.. these guys are animals... the upper body strength is there though
