Interesting link. Joy supposedly made those remarks in 2006. Given this was twelve years ago, she had plenty of time to change her opinion about Muslims and homosexuals.

I agree 100%, but she needs to offer up a mea culpa.  George Wallace espoused awful racist policies, then saw the light and apologized.  Reid's comments are tame in comparison, but her continual denials and contrived explanations prolong the matter.
