been retired for a few years, have been sitting too much, and have always thought about buying a pool table for the family room. found one from a online company in los angles, (I'm in orange county ca). price was 1600 delivered to my house. I only communicated with the guy via text and one phone call, read all of the reviews on yelp, seemed to be a good company. so when then delivered the table, it was in a freaking box, marked MADE IN CHINA! I was a little pissed, so I called the guy while the guys were assembling the table. he said that the tables were all the same, if I wanted a USA TABLE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TWICE THE PRICE. I have already pal payed him, so it was a done deal anyway.
so it has been almost a month, and I'm having a blast. practicing two hours a day, doing drills, long shots, cut shots. just got my new cue in the mail today, 350 for a LUCASI CUE. plays like a dream. bad ass cue
going to go to my neighhood bar and get in their 8 ball tournament, see how I do. will I become a pro??? no way, but I'm slowly getting better and not sitting as much.
