More importantly, tell me that's not Kevin himself spotting his son, because if so, Kevin has 0 legs and small arms (maybe it's not a recent pic)?

It's not even close to being Kevin in the video. 

Also, any video featuring Kevin at that size would not even be close to recent.  He has been big for a year now - I think well over two years at this point, as he did compete in the 2016 Mr. Olympia contest, and that was 19 months ago [so he had been big for likely at least six months prior to that - I just can't recall how long his prep was for that contest.
