I met him in 03 or 04 at the Dutch GP. Jay won. A REALLY bad Ernie placed second. Ahead of Mustafa Mohammed and very good guys.
He had huge lumps in his arms, lumps in teardrops, shoulders... It was a very strange result. Like if one of those Iraqi oilspill guys who abuse synthol would place second this year.

I wonder what he does now?

Didn't he have a foray into MMA?
And the sad fact, was that he didn't need all that Synthol. But, he first made a name for himself in MD with his 22.5 inch arms, so why not keep it going.

Actually I think your wrong.

Take a look on his body especially when he was fresh in 97.

Take away the arms.

What is left is middleweight material. He did actually turn pro because of the wow factor his tris had.

Later years legs came up but he was a much lower quality bb than his peers at the time.

I remember Art Atwood placed seven and that Gunther was also there.

That was the show i was at. Its from the 2003 Dutch Grand Prix.

 Before around this part in time his triceps looked mostly swollen. But here he rocks a new lumpy look as well. He came up with the worst site injection disfigurement in the whole field and came out with the best result he had his whole career! I remember I said fuck this and left. Only contest I saw in person that I felt like wtf?
