Do teenagers work anymore (get off my lawn related)

I'm staring down the barrel of 50 yo and had my first job at 15. Worked a few hours at Kmart all through HS for beer money. I NEVER see kids working in fast food or stores anymore. Are they lazy, spoiled, or just pushed out by older low skill employees?

Where I live all businesses can only find elderly people to do these same jobs teens used to do..

You mostly only see kids at fast food places because people can’t live off the minimum wage.
But yes, kids are spoiled as fuck nowadays. My first job was at 15 too. Working the counter at a car part store.

I wonder if at some point the social media income will dry up.  I mean it can't go on forever, right?  Seems like it would be a good part time thing to get into if you can.

Had a paper route as a kid, got job in nursing home kitchen at age 15, working ever since. 37 years now, and never without a job.
Millenials (many) are puzzies...
