the best diet is beer and tofurky deli vegan meat slices (tastes best when fried), you can throw in a carb n fat only one a day thats it, beans or greens once a day too thats the whole diet
i find when u start ading in fats like pb or too many grains or fruits u get a little spike but it wont be worth the calories u can derive from it
