If the fitness center doesn't have a power rack and dumb bells that go up to 200lbs and there are no anorexic ho's with fake tits and on their second nose job hanging out by the pool for you to bang post workout.... then you need to move.  That community is obviously not up to GetBig standards.

I'm checking it out. So far, the gym here, which is a glorified small fitness center, has some pretty impressive babes. Already much better than Hot Springs AR, but that isn't a surprise. I remember visiting the Destin Fl Planet Fitness earlier this year and was amazed at the eye candy there verses the sad place I was going to in Arkansas

I knew what you meant.. I'm just in a good mood. I loved Napa Valley, and Newport Beach in California. Not a lot of experience anywhere else. I was born in San Diego but left when I was 8. But walking down Laguna Beach really had a 60's 70's feel until you priced homes

I don't know where you're at in Tampa but check out Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club on Hillsborough Ave. Probably the best gym in Tampa, much better than Crunch, LA Fitness, etc.

I lift almost every day. But admittedly, I'm not a body builder just a weight lifter. And not a very impressive one at that. But it's great for stress and allows me to eat and drink things I shouldn't, more frequently than I should.
