I’ve seen movies that kind of give a little insight as well as YouTube documentaries . Actors feel they have to follow along or they won't get roles.

Many actors are gay, lesbian and/or just plain weird themselves and feel disconnected from normal society so they gravitate to lefty politics which welcomes their odd behaviors.

Some actors who have "made it" have the confidence to express conservative views like Tom Selleck.

Scientology is a religion invented by Ron Hubbard, a science fiction novelist.

He invented it as a means to swindle suckers out of money.

"Dianetics" is his book he wrote detailing his mind-screwing methods.

I read it many years ago.  Check it out but don't get suckered into it.
