There's a reason Human Resources, secretarial, administrative assistant, accounts payable/receivable, customer service, and other similar jobs are occupied by female personnel 95% of the time in any corporation. They're easy desk jobs that don't require intelligence, creativity, or meetings targets. Just click on a mouse, read e-mails, follow up with people on the phone, and get paid well to do it, then leave at 5 and get weekends off. A woman wouldn't last a day on an oil rig, in a busy distribution center, or a fire department. Come to think of it, I've never met one who worked in sales, either. They suck at selling.
