An apparently healthy-looking man in his late 50s with a low body fax index and a lifetime of exercise under his belt drops dead of a heart attack, but average nobodies walking around 50-70lbs overweight who've only seen a gym from the outside and live on soda and pizza live into their 70s. Gee, I wonder why.
Looks like coach, guess he's next.
Poliquin had a history of heart problems. Had a heart attack in his early 30s.
Runs in his family too.
It's weird. You can have a lean, fit looking guy, not fat, etc. and he has a heart attack at 45 or 50.
Genetics. The guy's arteries are all clogged up with plaque. Have been since he was 20.
What people don't want to accept is that you have very little control over this. If your genetics are bad you are screwed.
Diet, exercise, all that stuff won't save you. You're destiny is pretty much set.
People do not like to hear that. People want to control their destiny.
