Water seems to be more import than calories and macronutrients
« on: November 09, 2018, 07:21:53 PM »
After every snack or meal or before it i have 30 to 60 ounces of water... Yes i piss more often but it isnt really a nuisance.. Mid sleep ill piss. But i notice i havent needed beer in about 8 days . I do have high protien meals but the amount of water is the key

Water is very strange its so vital, its what we are, its clear and pure looking thing. Im definitly feeling about right having 3 to 4 gallons of water a day. The world would change if everyone had 2 gallons per day.  Its hard to get women to drink enough water many are stuck at low energy

No calories in water for sure.

It's possible to drink too much water though and mess up your electrolyte balance.

Johan: for how many days have you done this?

It is dangerous to drink this much water although maybe your Falcon height offsets it.

Thanks and good luck.

Too much water is bad for you as your kidneys have to work too hard and you piss out vitamins and minerals from your body as well.

People have died as a result of drinking too much water.

It throws the electrolytes out of balance...and if it goes too far, your heart goes into arrhythmia..
