Will be at the 2018 NPC/IFBB Iron Games in Culver City, California this Saturday on November 10th
 at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium.   Always enjoy this local contests for me as I get to say hello to quite a few of you.

Had a good time at this contest - took my mind off the fires, and the harrowing evening before in Woodland Hills / West Hills with the craziness.  Helicopters all night dropping water within a mile away from us, with the winds blowing.  Did not sleep well, and we had people that were evacuated staying with us too.   Culver City, although had smoke and some ash from the Malibu part of the fire, had some quality competitors.
