Chapman engaged in the dangerous fetish of injecting his scrotum with saline and silicone and lost. Some people engage in extreme bodybuilding with the abuse of hormones and other injectables and lose. Both are magnifestations of body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). These people are responsible for their own actions.
