He can be talked out of a bad decision. That's a good thing in my mind.
Even better,before making wrong decisions, he should listen to or even ask for advice from people with more experience and knowledge than he has in specific areas, such as U.S. military leadership (generals) and Syria. Even self-avowed geniuses, like Trump, don't know everything about all things. Sometimes, it is genius to know when and from whom to get advice.
