But seriously: if these 18-20 yr old dudes got some REAL good advise (not from their "personal trainers" who are a joke, at leat over here in Holland.) they could be put on the right track gaining some mass.
I keep silent, but the point is that I made their mistakes too, way back when.
Aren't we obliged to do someting????

Correcting a college kid doing horrible mega-cheat BB curls.
