Make a real change.

It takes effort in the beginning, but once you get over the initial ramp up, you actually look forward to it.

Combine it with IF and you'll have liberated yourself from the confines of the gym and worrying about diet.

And, nothing feels better than being in awesome conditioning/cardio shape when you're not exercising.  Everything works better.

I’d be happy to add irongrip400 to the thread title.

Already took care of that bro.

You paid $1000 for a gym floor in your house?  I just got a very thick rubber mat that's about 10' by 5".  If I think I might need to drop a weight which hardly ever happens I just lift on the mat. When I use to include Olympic lifts I had bumper plates. I could drop the bar on my concrete floor with zero damage to the floor or the weights.

Yes gym mats can be quite expensive

Anyone use this Bowflex Revolution? $2900 bucks. You could buy a lot of conventional weight lifting stuff for your house for that price.

My brother in law has this and I used it for a few work outs during the holidays.  It's not bad.

What's interesting is that it's very consistent resistance throughout the whole movement unlike the other bowflex where the most resistance is focused on the tail end of the movement

I'll tell you this about the revolution though, if the cables get Tangled up on the inside. It is a MAJOR PAIN IN THE ASS TO GET IT FIXED!

If I was to pick, I'd get a regular Bowflex over the bowflex revolution.

Anyone using Indian clubs?  I actually saw a guy bring them into the commercial gym I go to.  I was amazed. I thought it was something they used around 1910 in this country at the gyms. Never thought anyone still used those things. My observation is that lifting weights can result in a lost of flexibility in the delts and pecs.  Watching him I thought he had incredible shoulder flexibility as I watched him move those things around. If nothing else it might be a good addition to lifting for keeping the joints healthy.
