2019 NPC Gold Coast - Pictures (Candids and Stage)

Had a good time at this NPC contest last Saturday, which was tougher to get to, due to the intense rainstorm in Los Angeles that day.  It poured like crazy that day, and it took me quite a while to get to the venue.   But it turned out to be cool, having lunch with the Unique Drinks team, and talking a lot of one of the Unique Drinks owners, Chris Cook.

Yes, IFBB Pro Chris Cook from 2005 when he graced the covers of magazines, and won his class at the NPC USA's, and the overall at the NPC National.  Always was very cool, back then and now.

Ron,

Didn't know you where there, I was only at the Finals.  One of these days I need to hunt you out so we could meet in person.  Do you have any pics of the cerebral palsy guy getting his sword?  I just posted his pose pics on the No Excuses thread.

Here you go - and you are right - no excuses to those who complain.   i was around the Musclecontest Dessert area... hell they were giving free cookies and freaking other awesome desserts!
