Down to 295 from 315 three months ago
Problem is my rep counts on pushups are the same thus ive lost some muscle
However abs and definition are showing
I drink beer almost everyday eat alot of pizza dough i make just flour n water with marinara dip, alot of fruit carbs
Fat loss speeding up with half mile of cadio or more perday... Lifting about 3 sets per day. My deadlift is 135 for a set of 10 the bar about 8 inches off ground i use just leg drive back straight... My set of diamond pushups is 12 to14 reps
