something about those lies
« on: April 28, 2019, 01:50:47 PM »
"drugs dont matter, training and food does"
"10%"
"hard intense training and minimal doses"

the list goes on

I've been hearing those statements over and over again throughout the course of my entire bbing "endeavour" and always dispelled them as lies coming from people who are trying to mask the true root of their achievements

Three weeks ago, (and for the first time) I decided I would check that statement for myself

In short, my results on low dose T (25mgs T P/day) - i do 50mg/ml e2d - are even better than my past experiences (ALL high dos cycles) and I'm 36

Sure, my training gets more and more intense as i grow older and I'm guessing these results I have now would probably have been less if I hadn't gotten those past heavy cycles in me already, but for once it feels good to be able to achieve so much with so little gear (practically physiological levels)

I thought I'd share, maybe here and there, someone will learn from it as well as i have

those lies are sometimes true

Drugs are everything in bodybuilding, but for some reason I stay natural.
