Silvio has his story, he went to jail, he is out, I have seen him and talked to him at various events over the past few years.  I never condone anyone for hitting someone else, especially a woman.  I know that he has gone to counseling, and had tried to change in many ways, being much more respectable, and much more wiser.   

I will see him in two weeks at the California, taking pictures, some stage videos, and saying hello to all that come to the contest.   It it usually a great event, and always enjoy it (since it is my hometown and don't have to drive to fly to get there).

However, in this case, Silvio was charged AND convicted. So I would tend to think is guilty in that case. You need proof beyond a reasonable doubt in order to convict someone.

As for Silvio, I once messages him to ask him if the information in his bodybuilder stat page on my website was accurate. His response was very Rudd. I was promoting him online free of charge, and asking for his help to find the errors in my work! I in no way merited a rude reply.

After that, I assumed he had temper problems
