That's not quite what I meant

I started a thread a few days ago about only being able to do one upper body exercise. I've been playing around with ways to streamline workouts and I have a theory about big compound exercises, especially bodyweight exercises. I think even if you target one set of muscles, you are still giving your antagonistic muscles a good workout. Unless you have a nerve imbalance, I don't think you're going to develop great tris from benching as much as you can and not develop pretty good bis. Or whatever.
I could be wrong, but it's hard to believe that this one subject would be the first time that happens.
