How do you mean the final touches took work?
assuming you are a pretty decent looking guy and you want to be go an "8" or "9" etc
to become as what women define as "hot" it takes extra work and takes money.
-get to around 10% so your jawline is defined. so this means eating very clean, lots of cardio. i cannot stress being 10% bodyfat. your world will change. and be a legit 10% dont lie to yourself. stop being fat. also you need to maintain 10% for a long time so your jawline is always defined
-if your teeth arent solid - spend money on professional whitening, if your teeth are not straight/pay top dollar and get veneers
-if your nose is not straight or it is large - get rhinoplasty
-develop a good relationship with a skin care professional. i had shity skin growing up, so get your skin on point
-maintain a full head of hair (propecia, rogaine, PRP)
-will power with diet (eat the clean foods, avoid smoking, drinking, sugar) you know the drill. stick to high quality whole eggs etc
I am not saying look like fake plastic person - but you can fix your teeth, skin and nose and still look like its natural.
summary
what i am trying to say - the best looking men out there spend $$$$ and put effort into being handsome. as much it is supposed to be natural... it isnt. ive dabbled in the modeling world and I lived with a model and i can tell you the truth - cuz i dont care. plus dating many "pretty girls" i realized how much fucking effort they put into being "hot" yes they are naturally good looking, but the extra few points takes extra effort.
if you are a guy in the late teens to late 20s, the cost of a nose job and the effort to get into 10% bf range are worth its weight in gold. im 35 and sort of onto new important items in my life so this stuff but if i could give solid advice to younger guys.... put the extra effort into being extra good looking.
