Or at least as little activation as possible. Because otherwise you would just run or walk. But then why is it called power walk? Any experts that can sort this out? I find it somewhat perplexing.

Not a power walker but I am a very fast walker,it looks like I stole something when I’m walking.I try to walk 5-6 miles a day 5 days a week and 1 day I do 9-10.Love walking.
Along with the countless other amazing things Getbiggers do (banging 10s, driving supercars, making $40k/month, etc.) they run marathons every month.
