A friend of my brother asked if that would be good, as he felt more energized...I was like - yeah, maybe that's possible. But I couldn't medically condone it.
Another friend suggested combining pre-workout with Percocet...he currently needs a heart transplant. Not solely for doing that - it was the result of years of steroid, drug, and alcohol addiction.
Weight training already poses some risk to the heart - I think heavy lifting combined with holding your breath is bad for the heart for some reason. A friend who is a sports physician explained it to me. Being drunk or high probably makes that worse.
Not that bodybuilding is really a healthy endeavour anyway.
I could see an upside - but one that likely comes with a cost.
