Total retard.

Fixed-elbow-position biceps curling is hugely damaging.

This fool has been working out for 40 years and still hasn’t learned beyond the basics and therefore just continues to trash what’s left of his physical health.

What is the correct elbow movement?

It's sad to see him decline like this. I think some people take for granted that Ronnie is alive. I know he has freak genetics, but I don't understand how the body can handle everything that he does.

Ronnie's mother passed away from pancreatic cancer 2-3 years back, and I think she was 70 or younger. She had Ronnie rather young.

I fear for Ronnie's health.

I agree Matt. I personally think he would look better and have more mass if he trained smarter with lighter weights. He has an over trained look to him. Someone with his genetics would not need heavy weights to gain muscle.

I like Ronnie.  Always have.  Yes, it is sad to see him like this.  At first I - like others - thought he had a mental sickness that kept him going back to the gym, or at the very least a financial situation he was looking to improve from all the content he puts out.   But I see now that it is not that.  He goes back to the gym simply because that is all he knows.    Did he have any hobbies back when he was competing (besides knocking up women?)

He simply likes the attention he gets in the gym.  It's his social life now.  Remember, he has a full equipped home gym with anything you can imagine in it (from the one video years ago that I saw) he could work out at home, but most likely can't work out at all unless people are around to give him attention.

What is the correct elbow movement?

Are you a retard yourself?

What part of “fixed-elbow-position” do you not understand?

That’s the OPPOSITE of movement.

Is this real life?

I think he just loves working out which I assume is exactly like most of us on this board

I love going to the gym and am miserable and feel like shit when I have to take some time off (usually for work related travel)

I doubt he's getting any attention these days and he seems like a pretty down to earth and happy guy

I don't really understand all the hate for this not (not saying you're hating on him - referring to others)

Sadly for building muscle you just need to lift things up and put them down, eat right and take legit gear. Any retard can do it, just look around in the gym. Building muscle safely for a purpose is a completely different ball game. For that you need some IQ to educate yourself. 99% of the muscleheadz in the industry can’t even name more than 5 muscles in the human body

Here's a shocker...most, if not all, very massive men do half to 3/4 reps in workouts. Or only do middle range (never full contraction or full extension)  reps.

Have never seen, or heard, of any top man do strict by the book reps. . They keep the reps at a fast pace, higher reps and medium weight. I'm sure there are guys who do stricter reps....their choice. Never go by the video's, books and magazines as to how a top guy really trains.....most of it is BS.

He doesn't give a shit - he just wants to "bang".
Most likely he'll die training and his legions of nut-huggers will build a monument in praise of him.

His spine is "nuttin' but a peanut brittle"... If that is his main gym (Metroflex) he's not there for attention.
Never liked him as Mr. O (always thought he was retarded until I saw his recent documentary) then I sort of liked him.
He is tapped, but I thought he was legit "Genova Wham-O rubber brained".

Guy had it all, take health away, and its (his past accomplishments in thong-ville) are not worth anything.

Still youngish, crippled and on health damaging opioids. And cant walk.
Should have trained like Vince Taylor and enjoyed his coke.
