I used to live in Boca, full of Jewish snobs. Living in a gated community was a pain because there was a high turnover for security guards. Way too hot and humid for this Northener.

Florida sounds more and more like America's armpit. Like the Tijuana of Americas south east.
.... Except with white ppl who smell like tacos & body odor.

Better taxes than cali, Tho..... Trade-off.. i dunno...
