Incels commit most of school shootings. Incels are a product of a passive/absent father in their childhood. Nobody around to teach them to become men, to find their purpose in life. Most of them probably have the ''nice guy'' syndrom.
And ineffective schooling system.
These problems can be corrected if the schools strive to instil discipline and respect. Respect for each other, their superiors and adults. And taught to respect rules so everything functions smoothly and in an orderly way.
And this does not require corporal punishment either, just an education and value system.
Also, uniforms and dress/hair regulations help a lot too, then no one knows if one is from a rich or poor family or would otherwise be dressed strangely, everyone is dressed the same and taught to respect the uniform as well.
For instance, here's a simple example, whenever an adult entered our classroom we would have to stand up and say 'Good morning Sir/Maam etc and wait for them to tell us to be seated again. Even the cleaner. If any adult or teacher walked past outside, we would have to stand up and do the same.
If someone was caught smoking, they would have to apologise to the school at assembly and wear a sign around their neck as they picked up trash.
And even walking in town, you had to wear your uniform in a specific way. If you were dressed like a lout, someone would probably call the school and complain, but everyone dressed correctly anyway.
There was barely any bullying. The order and structure created a positive and safe atmosphere.
