Here's a serious question asked somewhat stupidly, but one of you southern boarder genuises may be able to 'elaborate'.

Do the wall contractors have some kind of dotted line to follow that shows where to exactly place the next section of the wall so that it does'nt portrude into/over Mexico's property.

And is there some formal document that describes the exact locations of the US/Mex boarder.

And is it accurate within inches, feet, miles ... or how the eagle flies?

And does any US citizen have a home with the wall as its back-yard fence?

And one last but somewhat related question ..... Is there any functioning wall device which prevents foreign intruders from going under ..not over!?
