Eating 3500calories doing one set to failure per week on all body parts

The 3k guy is wasting his time

Every rep=
Negative one for recovery
Plus 1 for growth

All training is a net zero gain. Only calories shift the balance in favor of growing or losing

Many don't get how calories and good sleep (recovery) leads to size/strength. (Don't forget your finishing touch).
Quality food too, not donuts like the TA likes to push w/ a calorie is a calorie myth. (Yes, of course it is).
But 3k Mediterranean diet calories vs. 3K in just donuts, the difference in results will be obvious.
